Apache Oaks is a private 25-acre property sleeping up to 19 guests, available exclusively to one group at a time. No shared spaces, no strangers, no one else on the property. Just your people, the land, and however many days you want to make the most of it.
Bringing more than 19? Ask about adding the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oak House.
Come Early. Stay Late. Check-in is 3pm and checkout is 11am, but if nothing is booked around your dates, arrive early or leave late at no extra charge. Just ask when you book.

The Paton Center for Hummingbirds, the Patagonia-Sonoita Creek Preserve, and the extraordinary Sky Islands ecosystem are all a short distance away. Come back to a comfortable basecamp, a hot shower, and a commercial kitchen ready for whatever your group needs.
Motorcycle & Adventure Riders The Sky Islands are a dual sport rider's dream. Technical single track, remote back roads, ridge lines with views that go on forever. Apache Oaks puts you right in the middle of it. Those who've ridden here keep coming back. Bring your crew, claim the property, and make a weekend of it.
Hunting Groups Southern Arizona's Sky Islands offer world-class hunting terrain. Coues deer, Mearns quail, javelina, and more in some of the most dramatic landscape in the Southwest. - Cochise Hideout - 6 bedrooms with convertible king or twin configurations
- Lozen Bunk House - bunk bed, twin bed, and sitting area
- Sonoita Bath House - separate men’s and women’s sides, each beautifully remodeled with two showers, two toilets, three sinks, and a changing area
- Coronado Commons commercial kitchen, dining hall and lounge - fully equipped for self-catering or bring your own caterer
- Gadsden Art Barn (screened pavilion) for group gatherings, meals, and activities
- Fire pit, outdoor patios, lounge areas, and games
- One-mile walking loop and direct national forest access

The Lay of the Land
A Note on the Experience
Apache Oaks is a camp-style property done right. Thoughtfully remodeled and full of character. Guests share the Sonoita Bath House, with separate men’s and women’s sides. The Oak House, if you add it, has the only private bathrooms on the property. Wake up to birdsong and rustling oaks, step outside onto the land, and settle into a pace that feels nothing like home, in the best possible way. The groups who love it here are the ones who appreciate authenticity and don’t mind a little dirt on their boots.
Guest Responsibilities
We ask that you leave the property the way you found it. Dishes washed, trash bagged and tied, shared spaces tidied before you go. Leave it like you'd leave a good friend's home. The next gathering is counting on you.
Pricing & Availability
Group getaways book at our standard rates, based on your dates, how many nights, and how many guests, so you can see your number and book directly.
No need to book for 20 and hope everyone comes. Book the number you're sure of, then add guests later with no penalty. We can't refund for guests who were reserved and don't come, so start with your firm number and build from there.
