Payment schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of 15% is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure
Notes
Rates shown are for up to 8 guests. Guests 9 through 25 are $40 per guest per night. Above 25, additional guests are $40 per guest one time for the whole stay, whether they are camping or joining you for the day, with approval in advance. A $350 cleaning fee and 6.6% tax apply to every booking. Two-night minimum.
These rates cover family reunions, group getaways and retreats, plus birding, cycling, hunting and outdoor adventure groups. You can book any of them instantly.
If your group grows before you arrive, let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we will send an invoice for the difference. There is no penalty for telling us in advance. Full guest count policies are on our Policies page.
