Payment schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of 15% is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure
Notes
Rates shown are for up to 8 guests. Guests 9 through 19 are $40 per guest per night. Above 19, additional guests are $40 per guest one time for the whole stay, whether they are camping or joining you for the day, with approval in advance.
Have a group larger than 19? Get in touch about adding the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oak House.
The booking calendar holds up to 19 guests, so book for 19 and tell us about anyone camping or coming for the day. We will add them to your reservation. A $350 cleaning fee and 6.6% tax apply to every booking. Two-night minimum.
These rates cover family reunions, group getaways and retreats, plus birding, cycling, hunting and outdoor adventure groups. You can book any of them instantly.
If your group grows before you arrive, let us know at least 48 hours ahead and we will send an invoice for the difference. There is no penalty for telling us in advance. Full guest count policies are on our Policies page.
Weddings, vow renewals and celebrations are quoted separately. Reach out through our contact page and tell us what you are planning. We usually reply the same day.
