For Wellness & Yoga Retreats
Apache Oaks was made for this. The land itself does half the work.
Gather your group for morning yoga on the tree platforms nestled beneath the oaks. Lead meditation sessions up at Prayer Hill overlooking the entire property. Hold breathwork circles at the fire pit under the stars. Use the screened pavilion for your main group sessions — spacious, open air, and completely configurable for whatever your practice calls for. Yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters are provided so your participants arrive and drop in — no hauling equipment, no setup stress. Carpets are on hand if you want to soften the pavilion floor and make the space feel more grounded.
Break out into smaller groups in the covered gazebo, the lounge nooks scattered across the property, or simply out on the land itself. The Sky Islands region of southern Arizona carries a stillness and a depth that participants feel the moment they arrive. It's the kind of place that does the opening for you.

- Covered Gazebo — quiet, private, and tucked away from the main buildings
- Tree Platforms — elevated, open air, nestled beneath the oaks
- Vignettes & Lounge Nooks — scattered throughout the property for informal gatherings and quiet reflection
Outdoor Spaces
- Fire pit — perfect for evening circles, storytelling, and group connection
- 25 acres to roam including a one-mile loop through the property
- Direct access to national forest through any one of our gates

Accommodations
Apache Oaks comfortably sleeps up to 25 retreat participants across multiple buildings. Accommodations are comfortable, charming, and camp-style — think freshly remodeled interiors with cowboy and boho character. Lodge participants share the beautifully remodeled bathhouse, while main house guests enjoy their own private bathrooms. Fall asleep to the sound of the land and wake up still in it.
This is not a hotel. It's something far better for a retreat — a place that keeps participants immersed in the experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

No 3pm check-ins. No rushing out by 11am. Retreat schedules don't run on hotel clocks — and neither does Apache Oaks. Arrive when your group is ready. Stay until the last session is done. We believe the best retreats need room to breathe at both ends.
Guest Responsibilities
Apache Oaks is a full-service property, not a full-service staff. We ask that all guests leave the property the way they found it — dishes washed, trash bagged and tied, and shared spaces tidied before departure. Leave it like you'd leave a good friend's home.

Pricing & Availability
Retreat bookings are priced based on group size, needs, and retreat type. Wellness and yoga retreats include yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters for all participants, plus carpets for use in the pavilion. Candles, draping, and additional décor are available as add-ons — just ask. Corporate and other group retreats are priced accordingly. And with our flexible arrival policy, you can come early to get the space set up exactly the way you want it before your participants arrive.
