This Is Not Your Average Celebration

Apache Oaks doesn't look like anywhere else, because it isn't. A private 25-acre retreat in the oak grasslands of Patagonia, Arizona, exclusively yours for the entire duration of your celebration. No other groups on the property. No strangers at your reception. No rushing out by 11am the morning after. Just you, your people, and 25 acres of ancient oaks and wide open sky.

This is a place for couples who want something real. Something that feels like you. A celebration rooted in nature, full of character, and completely unforgettable for everyone who was there.

Your Ceremony, Your Way

Apache Oaks offers three distinct ceremony settings, each one stunning in its own right. Choose the one that speaks to you.

The Oak Tree Ceremony Space
Amongst the ancient oaks, original church pews are arranged around a beautiful ceremony backdrop. Naturally lit, naturally stunning. 

Prayer Hill
Set on a hill above the property, modest wooden benches face out over the land and the wide open Arizona sky. This is for the couple who wants something truly unforgettable. You'll just have to see it.

Gadsden Art Barn

Our 18x40 screened pavilion offers a covered, open-air ceremony space that works beautifully in any weather. Flexible, elegant, and endlessly configurable. It can transition seamlessly from ceremony to reception without missing a beat.

The Reception

When the vows are done and the celebrating begins, Apache Oaks has the space to match the moment.

The outdoor dining terrace sits beneath a canopy of oaks, string lights overhead, long tables ready for your people to fill. Set it the way you want it. Or move the party into the screened pavilion for dancing, dining, and celebrating that goes as late as you like.

The fire pit calls everyone together when the night gets going. Guitars, stories, s'mores, and the kind of conversations that only happen under a sky full of stars.

Nineteen guests stay overnight. Up to 100 join you for the celebration.

The Property

• Exclusive access to the entire 25-acre property
• Lodge-style accommodations for up to 19 overnight guests across the Cochise Hideout and Lozen Bunk House. Learn more about accommodations
• Add the Oak House for the couple and family. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the only private full baths on the property. Ask us about adding it to your dates.
• On-site property manager throughout your stay

Ceremony & Reception

• Your choice of ceremony location - Oak Tree Space, Prayer Hill, or Gadsden Art Barn
• Ceremony backdrop, carpets, and carpet runners (available for your team to style and place, perfect for creating a bridal party aisle)
• Chairs for your guest count, up to 100, and 10 long tables, available for your team to set and return
• String lights throughout the property

The Details

• Fully equipped Coronado Commons commercial kitchen for your caterer (bring your own - local vendor resources available upon request)
• Fresh flowers provided by you or your florist
• Preferred vendor list available for photographers, officiants, florists, and catering upon inquiry
• Tent camping and RV parking available for additional overflow guests. Contact us to discuss your needs

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is 3pm and checkout is 11am. If the night before or after your date is open, you are welcome to arrive early or stay late at no extra charge. Ask when you book and we will confirm it right away. Get the space set exactly how you want it, and let your guests walk into something that already feels like yours.

Vow Renewals

Apache Oaks is equally magical for couples celebrating the love they've already built. Whether it's your 5th anniversary or your 50th, this is a place that honors the journey as much as the moment. Same stunning settings, same Apache Oaks magic. Just a different kind of "I do."

Pricing & Availability

We quote every wedding individually. Contact us before booking your dates.

Wedding and vow renewal bookings include full property access and use of our on-site inventory: chairs, tables, ceremony backdrop, carpets, and runners. A 2-night minimum is required. We recommend 3. Arrive and get everything set just the way you want it, wedding day, recovery and departure. It's the only way to truly savor it.

Most two-night weddings land between $4,800 and $5,500, plus cleaning and tax. That range already includes the $1,500 celebration fee. Your number depends on your dates, how many nights, and how many guests. We'd love to learn more about your vision.

A Note on the Experience

Apache Oaks is a rustic, camp-style property. Beautifully remodeled and full of charm, but intimate and unpretentious. Guests share the Sonoita Bath House, with separate men’s and women’s sides. The Oak House, if you add it, has the only private bathrooms on the property. Sleep under the stars, wake up to birdsong and rustling oaks. The couples who get married here are the ones who love nature, value authenticity, and want a celebration that feels like them.
