Apache Oaks doesn't look like anywhere else — because it isn't. A private 25-acre retreat in the oak grasslands of Patagonia, Arizona, exclusively yours for the entire duration of your celebration. No other groups on the property. No strangers at your reception. No rushing out by 11am the morning after. Just you, your people, and 25 acres of ancient oaks and wide open sky.

Your Ceremony, Your Way

Apache Oaks offers three distinct ceremony settings — each one stunning in its own right. Choose the one that speaks to you.

The Oak Tree Ceremony Space
Amongst the ancient oaks, original church pews are arranged around a beautiful ceremony backdrop — naturally lit, naturally stunning. The kind of setting that makes photographers weep with joy and guests forget to check their phones.

Prayer Hill
Set on a hill above the property, modest wooden benches face out over the land and the wide open Arizona sky. For the couple who wants something truly unforgettable — there are no words for what it feels like to say your vows here. You'll just have to see it.

The Screened Pavilion
Our 18x40 screened pavilion offers a covered, open-air ceremony space that works beautifully in any weather. Flexible, elegant, and endlessly configurable — it can transition seamlessly from ceremony to reception without missing a beat.

The Reception

When the vows are done and the celebrating begins, Apache Oaks has the space to match the moment.

The outdoor dining terrace sits beneath a canopy of oaks — string lights overhead, long tables ready for your people to fill. Set it the way you want it. Or move the party into the screened pavilion for dancing, dining, and celebrating that goes as late as you like.

The fire pit calls everyone together when the night gets going — guitars, stories, s'mores, and the kind of conversations that only happen under a sky full of stars.

The Property

Need more seating? You're welcome to bring in additional rental chairs — your planner or a local rental company can coordinate delivery and pickup directly to the property.

Apache Oaks is equally magical for couples celebrating the love they've already built. Whether it's your 5th anniversary or your 50th, this is a place that honors the journey as much as the moment. Same stunning settings, same Apache Oaks magic — just a different kind of "I do."

Pricing & Availability

Wedding and vow renewal bookings include full property access and use of our on-site inventory — chairs, tables, ceremony backdrop, carpet, and runners. A 2-night minimum is required. We recommend 3 — arrive and get everything set just the way you want it, wedding day, recovery and departure. It's the only way to truly savor it.

A Note on the Experience

Apache Oaks is a rustic, camp-style property — beautifully remodeled and full of charm, but an intimate and unpretentious one. Lodge guests share the beautifully remodeled bathhouse, while the main house has its own private bathrooms. Sleep under the stars, wake up to birdsong and rustling oaks. The couples who get married here are the ones who love nature, value authenticity, and want a celebration that feels like them — not like everyone else's wedding.
